why do men always start something and never finish?

My partner always starts thing like DIY and never finishes it.. so far he has plastered the walls in the kitchen and put half a dozen of tiles on the wall... and he has made a feature wall in the lounge and he has knocked out a wall in out daughters bed room to make a big wardrobe... but none of these things are finished lol

I think he just needs time to think about the plan very carefully.. The reason he can't finish a thing is because there is so much thing he wanted to do...
