What is the correct name for a head board that is a wall unit?

OK I have seen a pic of a bed that has a combination headboard with the night stands and a mirror with lights on the top and little storage nooks all in a wall unit type setting. bt I can't find ANYTHING like it on the web because I don't know what to call it.. anyone?? anyone?? Bueller? Bueller?
