HOUSE valuation report - is it serious as it sounds, how much are we talking about?

valuation come back to say:
-defective rendering to the external wall requires repair or replacement.
external brickwork has perished beyond its capabilities, it needs replacing with new ones, bedded in cement mortar. The whole of the external elevation of the outhouse then to be rerendered...(****in here are there referring to the existing house or the store room outside???***)

side footpath-elevated side foothpath is settling due to movement of the supporting walls. This wall has moved to a dangerous condition and requires complete demolition and reconstruction. The footpath adjacent to the building will then need to be broken up and further hardcore placed to suitable bearing for the future and a new concrete footpath installed.

can someone transalate what all the above means and how much are we talking about and should i try and reducing the house price from my intial offer after the valuation report

I'd definitely try to reduce your offer. Basically, the brickwork is falling apart, the foundation is settling causing the footpath to shift, and the unattached building has settled beyond normal limits to where it's sinking into the ground.
I don't know what it would cost to do these repairs since every area has their own normal prices for things like these.
