How do you paint a wall properly & bedroom decor??
Because I’ve heard from some 1 u need 2 first peel of this layer of paint, then paint 2 layers of white, then paint 2 layers of the colour u want.
Also if I have turquoise walls what colour carpet should I have??
My room seems a bit un-cozy after my mum decorated it.
There is a space in the middle, what should I put??
I have a bed, desk, sofa, side table and cabinet
If the existing paint is not peeling, there should be no need to sand it off.
It's a good opportunity to fix any imperfections in the walls (cracks holes etc).
If you want the paint to last a long time, you can clean the surface thoroughly with sugar soap.
If the existing paint is coloured, it's a good idea to paint a white undercoat over it first to help cover up the existing colour. Paint isn't completely opaque and the old colour will tend to show through. You might need a coat of white and two coats of your new paint to get a good finish.
