How can a make only the bottom bunk of a bed girly?
My son is on the top, and I've painted the tops of the bedposts like baseballs. He has pictures of baseball players on the wall up there.
My daughter is on the bottom, and when she looks up, all she can see is the underside of his mattress. The bottom part of the top mattress has lots of bars going across, and I was thinking about hanging some frilly fabric down from that, but that might get in her way.
Any ideas?
1] 'girl' style comforter
2] ribbons to match wound around middle bedposts
3] weave ribbons in and out of underside of mattress - not close to edges, or they will be shoved around when sheets changed
4] OR tie a bow around each bar under top mattress
5] ribbon board on wall by her mattress - in 'her' colors
6] don't 'hang' anything - will just get in way of sleeping and making bed
