5. Placing a bedside table for a lamp is suggested if you are reading. A wall mounted lamps should be on top of the bed and we have to make sure if the position of the lighting is comfy enough for our eyes. It is great if there are sufficient light in our room.

Finally, we have to remember to be able to have a pleasing bedroom the whole thing should blend with each other: The furniture, color of the wall and lighting. Now, these things should now reduce our stress.
