My 16 month old fell off my bed please help!?

I have a 16 month old baby boy and I have been co sleeping with him since he was a Newborn baby and never had this problem! after this he will be going to sleep in his crib its about time anyways hes getting bigger and is a bad sleeper, I have my own place and am a single mother thats why I dont mind if my baby wants to sleep with me. Anyways I recently switched my room around and my bed is no longer near a wall so he fell off my bed at like 5 in the morning on his back so it obviously hit the back of his head as well and he was soo scared i was holding him and then after 3 minutes of crying he went back to sleep and hes fine right now hes actually playing like he normallly would hes eating like he normally would everything seems perfectly fine should I be worried????
