Murphy/Wall bed. Are they a hassle? What is the daily routine when making the bed and putting it away?
Is there special bedding that is made for those types of beds?
What are the cons?
Are the matresses comfortable?
Do the hinges last for years?
I just sold one to a client and the new ones move easy and look great!
You use standard bedding, no box spring, and can't use a pillowtop mattress. This one had velcro straps to tuck the pillows under when you put it up.
They aren't really intended for daily use or as a primary bed. This one was part of an office/desk/bookcase system. They wanted an office but really need an extra bed for guests.
