Murphy Bed Sales

Can she sue me? I listed a bed for sale and now I have decided to keep it.?

I listed a murphy bed on Craigslist. A woman said she wanted it. We agreed to a day and time for her to pick it up however I told her she would be responsible to remove the bed from the wall and carrying it away, my husband has had back surgery and cannot lift and I am disabled.
Our move is very stressful and we decided to just keep the murphy bed and make it do. When I told the woman this she is now threatening me with a lawsuit and judgement if I dont sell it to her. No money has changed hands and she has not seen the bed in person. She threatens to go buy a bed and we would have to pay her the $400 we were selling her our bed for ! Can she sue us?

She can try, and get laughed out of court.
