how can i make a horizontal or upright murphy bed from scraps.?

I have a small apartment I decided to make a murphy bed, how can I make a cheap strong reliable murphy bed out of parts,I like the horizontal murphy beds..the other types good too but my place is small low ceiling so a side bed might be better. can you show me pic,ideas,where to get the parts for the spring any type of spare parts without paying for it..how can i find the parts Ill even try junk yards can u point me in the right direction.
