What could this customer have been asking for? Mattress Question?

I had a lady come in today asking for a "mattress in a box". I asked if she meant an air mattress and the answer was negative. Then I explained that some of my mattresses ship in boxes - Do you need a box for a mattress? The answer was negative.

She acted like I'm stupid for not knowing and only offered that "it's a spring mattress that comes out when you open the box". I thought she might have meant a murphy bed of some sort?

Anyway, it's bugging us. She had a British accent, so maybe it is something to do with that part of the world? Help?!?!?

I think she means a "Jack-in-the-Box". Send the stupid lady to Toys R Us.
