Modern Wall Bed Units

help with decorating my bedroom!?

I have a decent size bedroom that has one wall taken up by patio doors leading onto a balcony, the wall opposite taken up with build in wardbrobe (beech wood at present but could paint over) and the door, the 3rd wall has the head of the double bed against it with 2 bedside units that match the wardrobe and the fourth wall has nothing on it or against it at present. Want a really relaxed, peaceful but sexy and modern feel and am way out of my depth! Carpet is a biscuit colour.

I think a white room, could be the answer to what you want.

A white room can be very relaxing and peaceful and it makes you think the room is bigger then what it really is.

A white room can be modern, romantic and sexy if done right.

I would paint your wardrobe doors and furniture a white or Ivory colour.

Another option is to change the wardrobe doors, to having mirrors on them.

I would put sheer curtains on your patio doors, and they would look soft, sexy and romantic.......if you don't want a sheer curtain, you can also put a sheer swag on a rod) like this link

I would put a huge mirror on the (blank wall).....or a combination of small mirrors or photo frames.

Above the bed, I would put a white swag curtain (to match fabric on curtains on door).... something like this link:

If you don't put a white swag above the bed, I'd put your photo frames above the bed. (with mirrors opposite wall).

I think you could get away with leaving the floor the way it is, as it should still blend in with everything else.
